DESCRIPTION:Free to teens (age 12 & up) and adults\, PNMAA is hosting a Self-Defense "Empower Hour" Workshop on Saturday\, June 24th.  Using easy-to-learn tactics from martial arts and a soft-tissue target system of defense\, participants will get hands-on practice and feedback for improvement.  We will also discuss pre-attack behavior and how to eliminate yourself as a potential target.  Participants will also receive an informative Safety Tips handout.  \n\n\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.  Arrive 10 minutes early to ensure that the workshop starts on time.  Questions\, call Jeannette at 360-630-1472.
